Puffs (profiteroles)

I made choux pastry again but in puff form today!  They are called profiteroles.  I love these! I am so addicted to them!  This time I covered the top of the buns with chocolate!  I <3 french desserts.   I love it with custard cream filling.  Mmmmmm

  1. Wow, those profiteroles look like they just melt in your mouth in all their delicious glory. I wonder though, is there a way that you could put the custard into the puffs so that it isn't oozing out of the sides?

    I've made choux pastry a couple times now, it's a bit hard to make the first time, but after that it's smooth sailing :)
